Clubs

Robotics is a production-based learning module. The students in grades 3-5 here at EFE have the opportunity to create something tangible and make it perform the actions that they program it to do. Robotics introduces students to programming and increases creativity in our young children. It also promotes inclusivity and prepares our students for the future. 

At robotics competitions, teams of students must design and build a robot that can compete against opponents in a series of specific challenges. Students develop and program their robots in the weeks before the event, adhering to a list of preset rules and regulations. 

The robotics club meets after school and is moderated by teachers, Mrs. Thedford and Ms. Redd.
